MARANGONI introduces the Strategic Sustainability Plan Seventeen improvement initiatives have been identified and detailed

Driven by a profound awareness of its environmental and social responsibility, MARANGONI has voluntarily undertaken a clear path toward greater environmental and social commitment.

The company has formalized this commitment through the development of a focused action framework, designed to guide and monitor activities over the 2025-2027 period.

This framework, fully aligned with the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), serves both as a guideline and a continuous monitoring tool, through which MARANGONI is committed to regularly measure its progress.

The identified initiatives are the result of an in-depth materiality analysis that considered not only internal contributions, but also feedback from a wide range of external stakeholders, thus providing an integrated view of the company’s priorities.
The outcome is a balanced approach that reflects both the management’s vision, and the expectations of external stakeholders, identified during the materiality analysis phase.

The process of identifying material topics, has been conducted in full compliance with the guidelines provided by AccountAbility 1000 and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), thereby ensuring adherence to the highest international standards of transparency and accountability.

The framework has been designed with the goal of defining a focused strategy to improve MARANGONI’s ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) performance.

It is based on three main pillars: supporting the ecological transition, integrating ESG principles into corporate governance, and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive work environment. Seventeen initiatives (improvement areas) have been identified and detailed.
